We build booking, dispatch, and business management software for taxi, limo, chauffeur, driving school, and plumbing operators. Protecting the privacy of operators, drivers, and passengers who interact with our platform is central to how we design our products.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Information you provide: name, business name, email, phone number, billing address, role, fleet size, service type, and anything you enter in demo, quote, contact, or checkout forms.

Account & operational data: login credentials (hashed), settings, uploaded logos, driver and vehicle records, booking history, dispatch logs, and support messages.

Payment data: card details are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Automatic data: IP address, device type, browser, referrer, pages viewed, and interactions — collected through cookies, log files, and analytics tools.

Location data: if you or your drivers use our dispatch or driver apps, we collect GPS location while the app is in use, to enable dispatch, ETA, and trip tracking features.

• Provide, operate, and improve our software and websites.
• Process bookings, dispatch trips, generate invoices, and settle driver payouts.
• Respond to demo requests, quotes, and support tickets.
• Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, receipts, status changes).
• Send service updates and, with your consent, marketing communications.
• Detect fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
• Analyze usage to improve performance, security, and product design.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (to deliver services you request), legitimate interest (product improvement, fraud prevention), consent (marketing, non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, lawful requests).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers — hosting (Cloudflare, Supabase), email (Titan/SMTP), analytics, payment processors, mapping and SMS providers — all bound by data-processing agreements.
• Your own business users — dispatchers, drivers, and admins you invite.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers — in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice to you.

We use first-party and third-party cookies for authentication, preferences, analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may then not work.

We retain personal data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After termination we typically retain records for up to 7 years for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

We use industry-standard measures: TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, role-based access, audited backups, and least-privilege service accounts. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — you use our services at your own risk.

Subject to applicable law (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), you may request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Port your data to another provider.
• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your data may be processed in the US and other countries under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date and, where required, notified by email.
