What's included in the Starter and Premium plans?+

Starter gives you a professional booking website with payments, fare calculator, SEO basics, and hosting. Premium adds a luxury multi-page design, hourly/wedding/corporate booking modules, blog, analytics, and priority support. Both plans include hosting, maintenance and security updates.

Is there a setup fee?+

Yes — a one-time setup ($399 Starter / $699 Premium) covers design, build, content setup, payment integration, domain and email setup. After that you only pay the low monthly fee.

How long does it take to launch?+

Most Starter sites launch in 5–7 days. Premium builds typically go live in 10–14 days, depending on how quickly we receive your content and brand assets.

Can I cancel anytime? Is there a long-term contract?+

No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime — the monthly fee simply stops covering hosting, support and updates from the next cycle.

Do I own my domain, content, and apps?+

Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and your content, branding and customer data belong to you.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major cards through a 256-bit SSL secure Stripe checkout. Bank transfer is available for Premium and Enterprise.

What if I need driver/passenger apps and dispatch?+

These aren't included in Starter or Premium. We offer a separate Enterprise build with a dispatch console, driver app, passenger app and live tracking — request a custom quote.

Who do I contact if I need help?+

Starter customers get email support. Premium customers get priority support across email and WhatsApp, with faster response times.
